I’m gonna be completely honest here. This is in no way a movie. This barely even counts as an animatic. This does not belong in the movie portal whatsoever and you clearly stated yourself that it isn’t even an animation. So why is it here? The meme audio? Just keep it on twitter then. Or turn it into a 4 panel comic. It’s already only 4 framed so it would fit neatly.

You have good art and I don’t think anyone here is denying that. But this really is not the place to post this “animatic”. I’m the words of AFrog:

“ Newgrounds is not really the place for posting short animatic memes like this. Their focus is on ANIMATION. If this was on YouTube, I wouldn’t be bashing it unlike here but on NG, which values quality a whole lot more.”

TLDR: I respect you as an artist and hope you understand that NG isn’t the place for animatics as minuscule as this, “meme audio” or not.
